Co-designing Solutions - Chapter 3

In order to carry out the agreed plan, the individual projects that have been defined need to each be carried out following the same principles of citizen-driven innovation that have underpinned the broader strategy-defining process.

The difference here is that the goal is to arrive at the definition of new public services that are actually implemented and that make a real difference to your city. This does not mean that the time has come to thank your participatory innovation partnership and revert to traditional administrative processes.

On the contrary, only if you adopt new ways that guarantee openness and participation throughout will the final service have an effective uptake and impact.
