4b.1. Unit 4 shows that AI can do different content tasks inside an automation, including summarizing, classifying, generating, and extracting information. These tasks can reduce manual work when the input and output are clear. DISCUSS: Which of these AI tasks would be most useful in an automated workflow you can imagine, and why would it be the best fit for that workflow?
