- 4e Use paraphrasing and summarizing for citing a source (CLO 5, CLO 9)
We have learned that it is important to give credit when we use the ideas of other people in our presentations. It is the ethical thing to do. In this video, Dr. Sunny encourages us to be creative in the ways that we integrate our citations into our speech. Citations should sound conversational, not robotic. If you take the time to practice your presentation and become comfortable with your source materials, citing sources should be as casual as a conversation with a good friend.
