Here's a quick one for your journal: We want to discuss the importance of interacting with customers. If you ran an airline, how would you implement CRM? How would you get permission to market your product to customers? What information would you collect about them? What incentives would you offer to encourage them to continue flying with you? What advantages can you gain through effective CRM?
