Let's get out your journal again so you can think about the four functions of management. Think about the things your old high school principal had to do to ensure the school met its students' needs. Identify these activities and group them according to the four functions of management: planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. If you don't know a high school principal, think about your current supervisor and the tasks they complete.
