We're back in your journal again! Now that we've covered all aspects of human resource management, it's time to make it personal. Answer these two questions as honestly as possible (remember, no one but you will read your journal). It's always good to consider what you want from a job.
- Describe your ideal job once you've finished college. Be sure to explain the type of work schedule you would find most satisfactory and why. Identify desirable family-friendly programs and explain why they appeal to you.
- Describe a typical compensation package for a sales manager in a large organization. If you could design your own compensation package, what would it include?
