Corporate social responsibility and ethics are tied to the personal ethics of those within an organization. In your journal, consider the following: First, explain the difference between an ethical dilemma and an ethical decision. Then, provide an example of each. Describe an ethical lapse and provide an example. Understanding your own ethical framework is important so you can determine if you would be a good fit in an organization with similar or different ethical approaches.
