Journal: Customer Interaction

Completion requirements
  • 3f Analyze consumer decision-making processes to predict buying behavior (CLO 4)

Here's a quick one for your journal: We want to discuss the importance of interacting with customers. If you ran an airline, how would you implement CRM? How would you get permission to market your product to customers? What information would you collect about them? What incentives would you offer to encourage them to continue flying with you? What advantages can you gain through effective CRM?

In case you didn't copy the journal from Section 1.1, you can use this document as your journal.
