Diversity advocate Vernā Myers urges us to actively confront our subconscious biases to foster a more inclusive society. She outlines three key actions that we can take: acknowledge biases, walk toward discomfort by building relationships, and speak up against injustice. Consider practicing the strategies introduced in this video by initiating a genuine conversation with someone outside your usual social circle.
