Kurt Lewin's typology classified leadership behaviors into three different leadership styles which included: autocratic, democratic and laissez-faire. They are classified by how they handled decision making abilities, interacting with groups, and how they controlled individuals and groups. This video discusses these three leadership styles and how they are used in business today.
